How to be a good minimalist

High intensity challenges are great at helping you distil the ‘moral of a story’.

My 21-day Minimalist Challenge to get rid of 231 items from my home gave me hands on experience with the mentality of minimalism, but was compact enough for me to keep my sense of perspective and clarity to not over think the emotions.

From this came my 5 steps to become a good and sustainable minimalist.
